Some of the key benefits include

Shampoo features apple and honey to nourish and honey for a super shiny coat.

Honey helps regulate and retain moisture in hair and strengthens hair follicles for healthy growth while eucalyptus is a natural deodorizer.

PH balanced formula specific for dogs as their skin is much less acidic than humans. It helps avoid over drying their skin which leads to redness or flakes.

97% natural, made cruelty-free, and contains no sulfates or colorants so you can have peace of mind.

According to the instructions, you can simply spray your pup from behind their ears to their tail and massage into their coat. Towel dry and that’s it!

The ingredients are as follows:   Water, Coco Betaine, Disodium Cocoyl Glutamate, Glycerin, Honey, Beeswax, Pyrus Malus (Apple) Fruit Extract, Eucalyptus Globulus Leaf Oil, Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate.

When I received the item the first thing I did was open the bottle to see if it had a scent, there was none.  After taking Ginger for a walk after it rained I sprayed some on her paws and wiped them with a towel.  I also used it to spray her ears after she ate.  Sometimes I forget to put on her snood and her long ears come in contact with her food.  I sprayed her ears and combed the product through.  The product seemed to work well enough and it worked well as a detangler.

I take Ginger to get groomed every 6 weeks so I think this product is good to use in between baths. I would not spray her entirely with this spray. In my opinion it’s good for spot cleaning. I don’t like that it doesn’t have a scent, but that’s my personal preference. I have used other products that leave her fresh smelling.

I do like that the product does not have any sulfates or colorants. It also will not wash off topical flea & tick treatment and because it comes in a spray bottle it’s very easy to use.  I also like that Burt’s Bees™ Natural Pet Care Products are all manufactured in the United States by respectable American manufacturers.

Overall, it’s not a bad product and I thought it spot cleaned very well.  If you don’t mind a fragrance free product, you may like this.

It is with a heavy heart that I announce the loss of our beloved darling, Ginger. She passed away July 16, 2020 at 14.5 years old. She battled CHF for as long as she could but her little body could take no more. Our hearts are shattered.
